Painting en Miniature

Artwork can take up so little space.

Once structure of a painting is laid out, work needs good lighting and high-diopter glasses.

Brushes narrow from small to 0000 and 20/0, to single hairs.

Park picnic tables make well-lit studios, delivering herons and unexpected wildlife.

Paintings exhibited since 2020 through The Miniature Painters, Sculptors and Gravers Society of Washington, D.C. (MPSGS), Cider Painters of America (CPA), Seaside Art Gallery, Rochester Contemporary (RoCo), Main Street Arts (MSA).

All are for sale unless indicated. More are available that have not yet exhibited or shown online.

Prices reflect time invested in detail; my larger abstracts are sold at different rates.

Most fit in standard 4x6 frame, including those painted on 10x15 cm board.

When shipped, they might arrive in frame or mat to protect artwork; you are welcome to replace the frame. Avoid excessive light, moisture, and contact with acid-based objects.

If storing, leave space over surface; protect from dust with glass, glassine, or parchment.
